If you are taking a UCC course, buy this book. You will not find a more lucid analysis of the Code.

When I was in Law School, while in practice, while a member of the Uniform Law Commission, and while a member of the Michigan State Senate, THIS is the book I've reached for when I needed to understand the UCC.

This is a law book. If you want to know exactly what the commercial code says this is the book for you. Get it with a law dictionary you will need it but it is invaluable to understanding commercial transactions.

I have yet to crack the book, but I've heard it is a thorough book with a lot of information.
